Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Services were not initiated
• The project was cancelled before production work started

Non-Refundable Services

• Customized branding materials
• Event bookings
• Exhibition setup costs
• Promotional production expenses

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Partial Refunds
